Central Transport, a leader in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation for more than 90 years is currently looking to help you grow professionally by becoming a Pick-up Agent for our Corporate Office in San Pedro Garza Garcia. While this client relations role is a critical position to maintain customer perception within our organization, it is also a great “first office job” to help you get started in your career or continue to grow the skills you already have. Our representatives are provided with in depth training which will develop your professional office skills.This a tremendous opportunity for college students able to work full time, recent graduates and those ready to get back into the professional workforceSkills and duties you will learn and develop:· You are going to learn how to address customer inquiries via phone and email, scheduling pick up requests, and process instruction· We will teach you how to research issues using available resources.· You will become proficient in maintaining detailed records and documentation for each customer interaction· You will become an effective communicator with internal parties as necessary regarding the needs of specific shipments· You will learn how to handle a variety of scenarios with the ability to think decisivelyWhat you will bring to the table:Excellent attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday 10am -7pm (includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break)Superior communication skillsStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyAbility to maintain a professional demeanorExperience with Microsoft office (Outlook), and willingness to learn company specific systemsAbility for detailed note takingUpbeat personality/positive outlookWhat’s in it for you?Full-Time shifts are available between 10am and 7:00pm (Monday-Friday, no weekendsAbility to promote and grow within the organizationPaid HolidaysPaying starting at $21,000 Pesos per month***This document is a job posting, it is not a job description***
