With our partners, we serve a diverse variety of industries including homeowners, municipalities, plumbing, construction, engineering, and farming. Job Description Responsible for general bookkeeping tasks, support on inventories performance and bank reconciliations, as well as support on vendor's payment processing and follow-up. Responsible for customer accounts balances and Maintenance under AR-defined KPIs. Answering customer questions, providing information, releasing orders, and addressing complaints from customers and the internal team. Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records. General bookkeeping tasks related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Support on come clerical activities related to vendor's payment. Follow up on pending transactions to be posted in AR and AP. Other activities related to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable areas. Prepare and support Bank reconciliations process. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in accounting / Business Administrator is a must Three to six years of accounting experience Must have ERP experience SAP experience is desirable Must be proficient with MS office Must be bilingual in Spanish Have excellent communication skills (documentation, listening / reading / writing), high level of tolerance, able to work under pressure and manage several projects at the same time. Ability to manage different type of systems.
