Location: MX - Central Office - Santa FeGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: SONIA NIETOSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoLI-SN1Logistic ManagerSanta Fe, Ciudad de MéxicoPrimary Purpose of the PositionThe Logistics Manager reports to the Supply Chain Director and with dotted line to the Sr. Logistics Manager LA Region, will have primary accountability manage the operation of the Distribution Center, Logistics Budget, that covers warehousing, Inbound and Outbound Transportation and manage Headcount / Associates / Contractors. Attain AOP (Budget) with objectives focused on improving service and reduction of operating costs; Create estimates for cost trends vs AOP(Budget) and Previous Year and communicate information to the business; Drive standard operating practices that will facilitate operational excellence and flawless execution (Lean).Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide tactical & strategic direction on warehouse operations and transportation, Import activities.Develop and implement KPI's to drive improvementsDirect day to day operational activities with warehouse and transportation teamsDevelop talent and identify high performers.EducationPost Graduation in Business Management or Supply Chain / LogisticsMaster's degree desiredAdvanced EnglishExperience8 years' experience in supply chain related functions (required), preferably within a retailer or manufacturingKnowledgeSkills and CapabilitiesCustomer focusedGrowth orientedDevelop teams and talentDeliver resultsStrong Subject Matter Expertise Warehousing and distribution and process oriented.Strong Business AcumenStrong analytic and planning skills with ability to develop and report performance metrics.Strong numerical skills and business judgment.Strong team LeadershipBuild strong teamwork within and across organizationAlign commercialBusiness and logistics strategySolve complex problems under time pressureTake appropriate risksWarehouse management with a 3PL Logistics operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
