This person has to identify opportunity areas, solve problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area. The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process. He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results. The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process. Role Responsibilities Monitoring the KYC and Fraud Transactions process, offering feedback and advice. Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records. Propose improvements to the process. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation. Good communication skills. Make metrics and presentations. Role Qualifications 1+ years experience in KYC process and 1+ years experience in Fraud Transactions process. Bachelor degree, or truncated career. Critical thinking. Work as key contact with other areas. Communication skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Experience in financial products. Knowledge in Office, Google Sheets, Excel. English basic to intermediate.
