We’re looking for a Learning Lead (English) with strong experience building and scaling academic processes, who is passionate about education, execution-driven, and excited to lead and grow a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in our mission to democratize K–12 education in Latin America. Role Mission You will be accountable for creating, reviewing, and refining instructional materials to ensure alignment with content requirements, evidence-based instructional practices, and Luca’s commitment to delivering high-quality, standards-aligned curriculum. Ensure all instructional materials meet Luca’s quality benchmarks and are appropriate for a diverse range of learners. Lead and support a team of content writers by providing ongoing feedback, mentoring their development, and ensuring consistency and instructional coherence across lessons. Design and implement ad hoc team processes and work rituals (reviews, sprints, playbooks) that improve both speed and quality of execution. Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong pedagogical implementation across the product. Lead the localization, adaptation, and scaling of the English curriculum across different markets, grade levels, and educational contexts. Support the selection and adaptation of texts and instructional resources for lessons and assessments. Manage revision cycles and feedback implementation to meet project timelines and quality expectations. At Luca we are focused on always creating the best material. A forward-thinking leader with proven experience managing or mentoring a team of curriculum developers or content writers.
