Workplace Experience Associate What this job involves: Serves as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors in our modern, flexible office environment. This role combines elements of reception, facilities management, and workplace experience to create a welcoming, productive, and efficient workspace. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Experience Associate to join our team: Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Work model: On Site What is your day-to-day? Greet and direct employees, clients, and visitors. Oversee meeting room bookings and setup. Coordinate with facilities management on maintenance and repairs. Manage office supplies and equipment. Assist with organizing workplace events and activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collect and act on employee feedback regarding workplace experience. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Desired experience and technical skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or office management. Fluent English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and workplace management software. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of modern workplace trends and technologies. Experience with flexible workspace or coworking environments. Familiarity with smart building technologies. Event planning experience. Basic understanding of facilities management principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
