Our Mexico City Office will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew and employee experience each and every day.Job DescriptionIdentity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses the technical planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of IAM services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst to join our team. A go‑getter with a background in user administration as it relates to IAM would be the correct fit for this role. Experience in security operations, audit, or data analytics would also be optimal.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide stellar IAM user and stakeholder supportProcess IAM operations ticket queue (requests and incidents)Process Jira project tickets as assignedActively monitor data integrations and data quality while correcting issues as they arise and escalating to next‑tier support as neededInvestigate and remediate any action alertsConduct root cause, use case, and gap/trend analysis while collaborating with next‑tier support as neededComplete and/or coordinate IAM systems maintenance for patching and upgradesConduct reporting and data clean‑up activitiesPull and prepare audit artifactsBuild and maintain knowledge‑based articlesRecommend product enhancements and bug fixesRecommend process improvementsContinuously seek out operations, products, and IAM customer experience improvementsCollaborate closely with fellow IAM team members as well as end‑users and IAM stakeholdersQualifications3+ years of related hands‑on technical operations analyst experienceExperience with IAM tools and/or processes is requiredHighly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal skills with an ability to convey technical concepts in business termsGood understanding of IAM and security best practicesExperience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, EntraID, and/or ADFS is neededFamiliarity with Identity Governance (IGA) products (Saviynt, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, and CyberArk) and workstream tools (ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence) is a plusAbility to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environmentMust be a well‑organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented and problem‑solverCollaborative team player who will work closely with IAM department and other teamsKnowledge of other IAM practices and systems’ interoperability is a plusGreat technical and process documentation skillsEnthusiastic about learning and incorporating new tools and processes to improve the user experience and build operational efficienciesGood English speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferredSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyRestaurants #J-18808-Ljbffr
