We are looking for a Senior SCADA Project Manager to lead the charge in SCADA Operations. Why this role? You won't just manage tasks; you'll be the "voice of the customer" and a mentor to a global team. Whether you are overseeing complex SCADA implementations or managing drone-led data analytics for massive construction sites, you are at the heart of the global energy shift. The Perks: Work at the intersection of Tech + Renewables. Hybrid work flexibility. Influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives. Location: Hybrid (Ciudad Juarez) Travel: 20-40% (Site visits) What you'll do: Lead high-stakes solar portfolios from initiation to delivery. Bridge the gap between engineering, site operations, and executive stakeholders. Drive process improvements in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Mentor junior PMs and manage specialized subcontractors (Drone pilots/Technical teams). What you bring: 7+ years of PM experience in Solar, Renewables, or Heavy Construction. PMP / PgMP certification is a must. A meticulous, data-driven mindset with expert-level MS Suite skills. Hands-on experience with SCADA system implementation, testing, commissioning, or system integration.
