The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, managing risks, and ensuring that the team meets its objectives. By providing guidance and support, the Sr. Project Manager helps the team achieve its goals and enhances customer satisfaction through efficient and effective project management.**About the Role**In this opportunity as a Sr Project Manager, you will:- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements for the successful completion of each project, in alignment with key stakeholders.- Champion and produce all typical project documentation using CXTO brand templates, including but not limited to - detailed project plans (inclusive of change management), RAID log, high level timeline, project roster and status reporting. Determines project methodology.- Identify and record risks and issues that might affect the project, assessing the effect on the project and the probability of the impact, and developing responses to risks in order to reduce impact to project objectives.- Gain commitment to ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales or resources deviate from agreed tolerances.- Manage the change control process for gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders; ensures full impact of significant changes are understood by project stakeholders. Acts as communication liaison.- Plan and successfully deliver readiness activities to prepare impacted audiences for change. Identifying, managing risks to end user impact.- Ensure benefits, both tangible and intangible, are identified.
