Propósito Bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Business Excellence, el Técnico administrará los programas de Mejora Continua tales como Kaizen, Innovación y Certificaciones Wag. Principales responsabilidades Da soporte en asignaciones tales como desarrollar presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo para la región de Juárez. Elabora presentaciones con alto contenido visual a partir de datos operativos. Habilidad de realizar presentaciones a nivel Gerencial y del Campus. Analizar datos y tendencias. Monitorea a través de auditorías periódicas la aplicación correcta de los procedimientos de operación estandarizados sobre el uso de las herramientas de manufactura esbelta (Auditoría lean & auditoría 6S). Reporta al gerente de excelencia de negocio irregularidades encontradas en las auditorias. Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento, personal y de la compañía, con regulaciones federales, estatales y locales, políticas y procedimientos correspondientes a los ámbitos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Calificaciones Requisitos: De 4 a 6 años de experiencia. Manejo de idioma inglés preferentemente. Proficiente en el uso de diferentes tipos de software para crear presentaciones en formato de PowerPoint/PDF. Habilidad para analizar y representar datos financieros y/u operacionales de manera gráfica. Alto nivel de creatividad. Proactivo(a). Actualmente estudiando Carrera Profesional en el área de Ingeniería con la mitad de los créditos escolares completados (Preferente). Preferente contar con conocimientos en la industria de productos médicos y/o en el departamento de 6 sigma o manufactura esbelta. Bilingüe: español/inglés de preferencia. Habilidad para usar paquetes computacionales (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, igrafx, Minitab, etc.). Conocimiento de herramientas de Manufactura Esbelta y/o six sigma esperado.
