Job Description As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will manage day‑to‑day sales support and customer service tasks for assigned accounts. What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for day‑to‑day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts. Research and respond to customer inquiries expeditiously and accurately. Act as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, suppliers, and customers. Own the end‑to‑end quotes and order process for specified suppliers and customers. Work with supplier contacts and internal departments to resolve pre‑sales and post‑sales issues. Manage demand creation activities, contracts, value‑added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. Analyze order issues or pricing variances with the sales team. Ensure returns, invoicing, credit and shipping issues are resolved on time and within service‑level expectations. Participate in customer and supplier calls to discuss metrics and action plans. Collaborate with teammates to balance workload and maintain consistent customer experience. Assist less experienced teammates with problem resolution. What We Are Looking For Typically requires a 4‑year degree and 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement. Strong analytical ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data. A broad perspective that uncovers new, less obvious solutions. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Salesforce is a bonus.
