Navigating world fuel markets is complex – OPIS makes it simpler.About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Executive, own a specific part of the Latin America territory for the Integrated ONE OPIS portfolio. Your main responsibility will be maximizing profitable company sales revenue growth within the assigned territory focused on identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing renewals and new business to exceed sales targets. The location for this position is Mexico City, with limited travel throughout the region as necessary. You will report to the Executive Director of Sales and Business Development, Latin America.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth for the ONE OPIS business and exceed sales quota.Identify revenue drivers and market expansion opportunities.Monitor performance-to-plan throughout the execution year and adjust direction and sales initiatives as needed.Create and manage a sales pipeline of new business opportunities in CRM through leads from marketing and other sources, generating potential through face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with customers.Collaborate with commercial and other representatives to foster cross‑sell in important accounts.Provide monthly forecasting based on the sales pipeline in CRM with all market owners on revenue trends and actions to drive revenues to plan.Understand the product sales cycle, competitors’ strategies, and hone sales strategies.Build a strong network of relationships with decision makers within the customer base to increase sales of ONE OPIS products and services.QualificationsEnglish proficiency (verbal and written) required.4–7 years of sales experience; sales experience in petroleum, refining, chemical, science or related technical industry preferred.Willingness to learn about new ONE OPIS products and services.Understanding of the chemical industry, industry trends, business processes, industry financial measurements, and key competitors (or willingness to learn).Applied consultative and value‑selling methodology using a deep understanding of the client’s needs, challenges and goals.Demonstrated success in achieving objectives in personal projects, internship projects, or new graduate programs at another company.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Fluency in Portuguese preferred.BenefitsLearn more about all our Mexico benefits.#LI‑RemoteWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by Dow Jones laws.
