IT Help Desk at Braintrust We are seeking a self‑directed, communicative, and process‑oriented IT Help Desk specialist to lead the execution of internal IT initiatives for our client. The ideal candidate will be skilled in vendor management, executive communication, and driving IT project delivery while also serving as a confident decision‑maker, efficient troubleshooter, and power user of internal tools such as Copilot. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to support early‑morning U.S. East Coast business hours. Responsibilities Manage execution and delivery of multiple IT projects across various business units. Facilitate effective meetings, drive follow‑ups, and ensure cross‑functional alignment. Act as a liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring performance, coordination, and accountability. Deliver concise, high‑quality status updates tailored for executive audiences. Ensure timely resolution of tickets, escape blockers, and clarify uncertainties as needed. Follow standardized project procedures and maintain accurate documentation of milestones and artifacts. Leverage internal knowledge base and AI tools (e.g., Copilot agent) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English with minimal language barrier. Strong vendor management and meeting facilitation experience. Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and standard procedures. Confident, fast decision‑maker with the ability to triage and resolve tickets efficiently. Technical troubleshooting capabilities and experience as a “power user” of internal tools. Ability to produce high‑quality reports for executive stakeholders. Experience supporting early‑morning U.S. hours (CST or EST coverage required). IT security project experience is a plus.
