The role… The Cost Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting cost-related information for production, operations, and projects. The role ensures accurate reporting to support strategic decision‑making, resource optimization, and profitability improvement. How you’ll make an impact… Analyze direct and indirect costs of products, services, and projects. Prepare periodic reports on cost structure, variances, and margins. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting. Perform variance analysis between actual and planned costs. Recommend process improvements and cost‑optimization initiatives. Maintain and update cost models and databases. Support internal and external cost‑related audits. Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to gather accurate data. What do you bring… Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in cost analysis (1–3 years). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. Desirable knowledge of data analysis tools (Minitab, Power BI). Desirable knowledge of process‑flow analysis tools (FMEA, VSM, among others). Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. What do we offer?
