We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Buscamos Experience Strategist¿Qué harás?Desarrollar estrategias de experiencia de usuario (UX) y experiencia de cliente (CX) para plataformas digitales, e-commerce y puntos de contacto omnicanalLiderar investigación de usuarios utilizando metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas para identificar necesidades, comportamientos y pain pointsDiseñar customer journeys, user flows y service blueprints que optimicen la experiencia del consumidor en todos los touchpointsTraducir insights de investigación y datos de comportamiento en estrategias accionables de producto y experiencia digitalColaborar con equipos de diseño, tecnología, producto y negocio para asegurar la implementación efectiva de estrategias de experienciaFacilitar workshops de co-creación, design thinking y sesiones estratégicas con stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinariosDefinir y monitorear métricas de experiencia (NPS, CSAT, CES) y KPIs para medir el impacto de iniciativas estratégicasIdentificar oportunidades de innovación en experiencia digital basándose en tendencias tecnológicas, comportamiento del consumidor y mejores prácticas de la industriaCrear frameworks, modelos estratégicos y documentación de experiencia que guíen el desarrollo de productos y servicios digitalesPresentar estrategias y hallazgos de investigación a stakeholders de nivel ejecutivo de manera clara y persuasivaMantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en UX, CX, tecnología emergente y comportamiento del consumidor en mercados latinoamericanosSkills RequeridosExperiencia +7 añosLicenciatura en Diseño, Psicología, Comunicación, Innovación, Ingeniería o carreras afinesConocimientos avanzados en: Figma, Sketch o Adobe XD para wireframing y prototipado estratégico. Miro, Mural o herramientas de colaboración visual para workshops y mapeo. Google Analytics, Mixpanel o herramientas de análisis de comportamiento digital. Herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI). Microsoft Office y Google Workspace.
