Design and develop new system elements, processes, and automation frameworks. Provide technical and operational guidance to professional work teams globally. Participate in strategic planning and influence decisions beyond your immediate function. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in mainframe operations orSyspleximplementation. Minimum 5 years in a senior or lead role. Deepexpertisein mainframe environments (zOS,zVM,zLinux) andSysplexconfiguration. Proventrack recordin process improvements, automation, and compliance initiatives. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience mentoring and developing junior staff Prison Englishproficiency: Intermediate to advanced (requiredfor global communication and documentation).
