Overview Based in San Antonio, Texas, VND () has been a leader in web/app development, IT solutions, and server hosting since ****. We are seeking a remote Sales Agent to join our hybrid team. Base pay range: $20,******/yr - $27,******/yr. This range is provided by VND - vndx.Com. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Prospect & find leads: cold calls, emails, networking. Target the United States market and pitch in English. Educate before the pitch. Focus on empowerment rather than hard selling. Team up with marketing for sales strategies. Dive deep into research to understand the market. Negotiate, seal deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain CRM with daily wins and updates. Your Role Prospecting: Cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to identify leads. (We use Apollo.Io for lead hunting.) Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to pinpoint targets and potential customers. Value Communication: Highlight the benefits and value of our IT solutions and software development to prospects. (We use Instanly.Ai for email marketing.) Sales & Satisfaction: Negotiate effectively, close deals, and ensure customers are highly satisfied. Relationship Management: Build enduring relationships with clients to meet their needs. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry shifts and competitor tactics to adapt strategies. Requirements A minimum of 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record. Knowledge of tools such as Instanly.Ai for email marketing and Apollo.Io for lead hunting. At least some college experience (Bachelor's degree a plus).
