SAP Production Planning & QM - Lead Consultant Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant. Location: Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara. Responsibilities Contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. Provide business process consulting: define problems, propose and create solutions. Play a role in development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. Help detail the project scope and shape value‑adding consulting solutions to enable clients to meet changing needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. Location for this position is Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara. Preferred Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in SAP‑PP/QM /SAP PP‑PI including integration with other modules IM‑WM and QM. At least 4 end‑to‑end implementation projects in the SAP functional area including team lead experience. Experience collaborating with site business managers and business process SME. Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Industry. Knowledge of SAP Xsteps (Execution Steps) an added advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP module PP including planning, PI sheets and shop floor control, quality planning, quality inspection, certificates. Experience with SAP Consulting/Implementation or Support Management. Good analytical, logical problem‑solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Charm and HP Quality Centre test suite an added advantage. High analytical skills. High degree of initiative and flexibility. High customer orientation. High quality awareness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information This job may entail extensive travel (if required). It may also involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time or working in a hybrid mode (remote and client or Infosys facilities).
