Market Share Manager Objetivo principal: Responsable de gestionar el Market Share (North Star Metric) para Autoservicios y Tribus, participación en la generación del Plan Trimestral Comercial (PTC), gestionar diversos análisis para las Tribus a partir de la agencia NielsenIQ. Los entregables de Market Share proporcionan visibilidad de nuestro desempeño vs. el mercado, identificando oportunidades y generando insights que lleven a la acción. ¿Qué harás?- Elaborar reportes de Market Share para las diferentes Tribus o stakeholders. - Gestionar las actividades con la agencia NielsenIQ & Kantar. - Elaborar presentaciones con diagnósticos sobre situaciones particulares. - Realizar investigaciones de mercado. - Gestión y seguimiento de los analisis compartidos por parte de la agencia. ¿A quién buscamos?- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años. - Manejo de herramientas como Excel o Power Bi. - Manejo de herramientas como Nielsen o Kantar - Experiencia trabajando con agencias. - Expriencia anlizando información o reportes por parte de proveeodores. - Habilidades como: Liderazgo, solución de probelemas, autogestión , organización, trabajo en equipo, organización, adapatación, tolerancia "En Walmart de México y Centroamérica estamos comprometidos con una cultura de pertenencia, por lo que buscamos incorporar el mejor talento basándonos en competencias, habilidades y potencial; no discriminamos por ningún motivo, incluyendo género, edad, origen étnico, apariencia física, estado civil, condiciones de salud por VIH o cualquier enfermedad, situación socioeconómica, discapacidad, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género por ello durante el proceso de atracción y selección no solicitaremos información personal, fotografías o análisis clínicos de ningún tipo.
