Key Responsibilities Ensure your team effectively executes operational and administrative processes of ground services. Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for station accounts. Actively participate in the implementation of new projects, defining operational resources and ensuring the accuracy of SOP information to maintain excellent customer service. Review operational reports to ensure accurate billing of services within the operational month. Manage the administration of reports to prevent budget impacts. Coordinate improvement plans with transport suppliers to ensure compliance with service indicators. Lead client meetings to review indicators and ensure follow-up on improvement actions. Oversee accurate data entry for each service provided. Supervise the creation of physical files for each shipment and ensure proper management of logistics. Know the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the department and ensure timely billing to meet targets. Ensure your team completes the required training hours as part of the annual programme. Contribute to and facilitate the development of each team member. Perform any additional activities as assigned. Relationship Management You will collaborate with all internal and external areas involved in ground logistics processes, ensuring cooperative relations promoting operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Administration, Logistics or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in English. Knowledge of ground transport processes, including operational and administration aspects. Strong leadership skills coupled with a high sense of urgency. Ability to foster internal and external customer satisfaction.
