Overview Manage processes that ensure the company's compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations, submitting membership changes and employer-employee contribution calculations in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and adherence to current regulations. Job Description IMSS and INFONAVIT Manage processes on the IDSE and SUA portals to generate registrations, cancellations, modifications, and monthly and bimonthly payments in IMSS, RCV, and Infonavit installments through the SUA system and comparisons. Submit membership movements for registrations, deregistrations, and salary modifications to the IMSS from employer records on the IDSE platform. Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of the bimonthly variable in a correct and timely manner, ensuring legal compliance and timely submission to the IMSS. Validate the generation and submission of information for notification and presentation of the IMSS employer records report to the auditor designated by the company. Ensure the timely submission and calculation of the Occupational Risk Premium for the company's employer records through the analysis of cases completed in the immediately preceding year for commuting accidents, work accidents, and occupational illnesses, determining the days subsidized for disabilities, the percentages for permanent partial disabilities, and, among other things, obtaining the average days of workers exposed to risk throughout the year. Submit the Occupational Risk Premium declarations for the company's employer records in a timely manner. Manage procedures and formalities with the IMSS, Infonavit, and FONACOT. Respond to inspections, special requirements, and audits by IMSS and Infonavit. Enter INFONAVIT notices in SUA and payroll, review INFONAVIT contributions and amortizations in the bimonthly statements; verify that the amounts requested by the Institute are deducted from payroll; update the discount factor requested by the Institute every two months. Maintain adequate control and filing of disabilities, ST-7 and ST-2, in order to have the appropriate information to resolve reviews or audits. Payroll Supervise the calculation and request of severance payments and compensation for the Sites. Review approvals in Kronos for the Sites. Report payroll incidents (disabilities, savings accounts, birth/death leave, etc.) to the payroll provider. Request and follow up on payment authorization with the Payroll Process Leader. Validate that new hires, salary changes, and terminations are correctly applied in the payroll system. Manage additions, terminations, and modifications to savings accounts and savings funds. Address and resolve questions and requests from employees at the sites under your responsibility. Keep the files of documents and emails related to payroll authorizations and documents in order. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field Knowledge: Applicable labor and tax laws, knowledge of HR and attendance control systems, payroll processes, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, FONACOT, and applicable regulations. Calculation of SUA (Single System for Self-Determination of Contributions), mastery of affiliation movements, as well as construction of corresponding layouts, calculation and presentation of the risk premium to the IMSS System management: ERPs (e.g., SAP, Kronos, Oracle, Intelexion, Humansoft, Fortia, etc.), advanced Excel (essential). Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, managing and controlling teams of more than 1,000 people. Required language: Intermediate English.
