Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Customer Service Lead at Integrated 3PL in the San Diego Metropolitan Area or Tijuana Baja California area. The Customer Service Lead is our founding member for customer support. Tasked with overseeing daily customer support and operational support tasks, high customer satisfaction levels, and effective phone / written etiquette. Responsibilities include resolving customer service tickets + working cross function support with all departments to elevating the customer journey pre and post sale. (it is not a call center) Qualifications Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience enhancement Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to prioritize to resolve customer concerns and multitask effectively Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of CRM systems and WMS systems. A background in logistics, e‑commerce, or supply chain management is a plus. Valid passport and VISA. Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field English fluency required Strong Excel, Word and solution‑driven presentations required, QBR experience a plus. Previous customer service or call center experience required. CTPAT understanding Work environment both office and on the floor operations, with flexibility to delve into different departments / offices within the group as required.
