Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Developer Consultant, you will: Collaborate and Deliver: Work within engagement teams, partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional groups to achieve project objectives. Design and Develop: Build, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and integrations. Technical Guidance: Provide support and technical insight to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Independent Contribution: Manage tasks independently, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs. The Team Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team is a leader in enterprise technology, driving transformation across finance, supply chain, and IT operations. You'll work alongside strategic advisors and architects, leveraging industry expertise and innovative solutions to deliver measurable business impact. Qualifications Required 1-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks Advanced English level Preferred Experience Valued: Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD will be valued. (4+ years) Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of JavaScript, web technologies (HTML, CSS), and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) is preferred. Exposure to workflow automation and scripting within ServiceNow or comparable platforms is advantageous. Solution Design & Implementation: Ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements. Business Analysis & Communication : Strong skills in gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience in developing test plans, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards. Continuous Improvement : Commitment to identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices. Documentation & Training : Ability to create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials, and to deliver training sessions to end-users or client teams. Collaboration & Professionalism : Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, global teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in client and team interactions. ITIL & Industry Standards : Familiarity with Agile development practices and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks, and understanding of how they relate to ServiceNow processes.
