**Senior Technical Consultant****Full-time contract**Join our world-class service organization dedicated to adding value to our ClientsThe Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for delivery, execution, and consulting on client facing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.This will include reviewing the technical solutions as proposed by the Technical Consultants or by the project’s Architect, and review of project plans, test plans, and working with cross functional teams. This person is also responsible for ensuring quality standards and project and software development best practices are always followed.**What you get to do in this role**:- Delivery (participation in a specific customer project or projects).- Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements and convert these into User Stories.- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.- Help to create and maintain Platform Implementation Roadmap for a customer.- Provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements.- Focus on implementing the best practices, according to company standards.- Monitoring and reporting on quality, risks and potential opportunities for improvement.- Demonstrate product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements with customers and partners.- Provide guidance on Customer’s ServiceNow Development lifecycle.- Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products.- Delivery Oversight (assuring team output is within quality standards)- Provide day-to‐day guidance to technical consultant’s staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of implementation projects.- Mentor Technical Consultants in relation to technical design standards and implementation best practices.- Communicate clearly with the CoE Senior Manager about any issues that may affect scope, budget or timeliness of delivery of a satisfactory customer experience.**Required competencies**- Fluent in business English language, written and spoken.Attention to detail; he/she is conscious that quality is about the details.- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects accordingly.- Able to work on across-functional basis working with teams from different cultures and time zones.- A proven record of excellence in managing a solutions-driven team at a senior level.- Customer-centric focus.- Relationship Builder - It is vital to manage relationships & stakeholders.- Business Acumen - Understand Volteo Digital business and its challenges to help address the organization- Identify opportunities to grow and develop the business through acting on process improvements and great ideas.- Communication - Manage stakeholders and their expectations, communicate results.- Data analysis & Reporting - Strong attention to detail- Results oriented - Has the ability to focus on a goal and obtained predetermined results.- Problem solving -Helps solve issues quickly and effectively and examines and analyzes possible solutions for a problem.- Ability to take strategic objectives and accept accountability to drive results through effective actions.- Strong sense of urgency..- Collaborative, self-driven, proven team player and team builder.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and decision-making skills.- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities- Be willing and able to travel.**What technical skills are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology or equivalent proven experience in technical consulting roles.- 3+ years of experience on software or IT organization.- 3+ years of experience with Web Technologies (Java/JavaScript,AJAX, Angular.js, XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.).- 3+ years of experience working with Software Solutions platform for global customers.- IT Service Management, ITIL proven experience.- Agile SCRUM development methodology experience.**About Volteo Digital**Volteo is an Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, ServiceNow sales, services and training, founder-owned, highly profitable, and private company that span the globe with offices and team members in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
