Responsibilities Assist in planning, establishing, and managing field trials (testing corn hybrids for yield, disease resistance, and adaptability) to support breeding and research programs. Conduct accurate sowing, data collection, crop management, and harvest operations. Ensure the quality and reliability of trial data. Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and trial‑specific equipment. Work closely with breeders, agronomists, and technical teams to meet project objectives. Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all field operations. Qualifications University degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field. Passion for agriculture and plant research, with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Practical experience in field trials is an advantage but not mandatory. Experience operating agricultural machinery; a valid driving license is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in both German and English (mandatory). Readiness to lead and take on responsibility as needed.
