We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We are hiring a Business Analyst to support a fast-growing, design-led DTC jewelry eCommerce brand. This role is execution-focused and analytical, designed to give the founder clear, reliable visibility into performance across revenue, media spend, COGS, and customer value.This role is not responsible for strategy creation or high-level ideation. Instead, you will own the preparation, organization, and accuracy of performance data so leadership can confidently analyze results and make decisions. Over time, as you build deeper business context, you may contribute more insight—but the core expectation is strong analytical execution from day one.Key Responsibilities:Pull, clean, and maintain performance data across revenue, media spend, and COGSPrepare recurring media buying and eCommerce performance reportsAnalyze product-, campaign-, and channel-level profitabilityIdentify winning, losing, and underperforming products or campaigns based on dataSupport LTV, CAC, and cohort-based analysis using existing frameworksReconcile data across platforms to ensure consistency and accuracyBuild clear, founder-friendly reports and summaries for reviewSupport quarterly and annual performance reviews with structured dataFlag inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies in data proactivelyWork closely with the founder to support analysis and direction resetsSoftware/Platforms/Tools:Triple Whale (or similar attribution platform)Paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for reporting purposesGoogle Sheets or Excel (advanced proficiency required)Analytics tools (GA4 or similar)ECommerce platforms and data sources (Shopify or similar)Slack, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration toolsQualifications:3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, performance analytics, or eCommerce reportingExperience supporting DTC or eCommerce brandsStrong understanding of revenue, media spend, COGS, LTV, and CACProven ability to prepare accurate, repeatable reportsComfortable executing detailed, sometimes tedious, analytical workExcellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependableComfortable working directly with a founder in a lean environmentAble to operate independently with clear direction and minimal hand-holdingShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
