Kenvue is currently recruiting for: ECOMMERCE SR ANALYST. This position reports into CONNECTED COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER and is based at Mexico City or Colombia. What You Will Do The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for developing the Delivery On Demand retail environment, building and executing the strategy for the Channel. Assuring the client’s profitable growth while executing Online Perfect Store flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Building the strategy of Last Milers aligned to brands priorities, ensuring O2O mindset and integrated plans. Monthly execution of commercial actions and visibility, executing instore investment. Ensuring execution of online perfect stores in their customers and creating recommendations for content development according to Last Milers Capabilities. Advising of specific retail environments across North Latin America, helping KAMs O2O unleash their potential through O2O Grid construction, capabilities maximization, superdates execution, and eComm investment. Executing superdates and monitoring key success factors. Monthly monitoring of targets with customer and measuring profitable performance. Aligning with regional teams for customer strategies and best practice sharing. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience. Desired: Ecommerce knowledge; digital environment understanding; analytic skills; budget management; negotiation skills. Preferred: Generating insights from digital performance indicators; digital intellectual curiosity; detail and results orientation; sales experience; excellent communication and teamwork; resilience; advanced English; digital ecosystem experience.
