Descripción y detalle de las actividades PARA TRABAJAR EN TURNO DE FIN DE SEMANA (V-S-D) Nocturno Es responsable de mantener el equipo, las máquinas, las líneas transportadoras y otros equipos de producción en condiciones seguras para los empleados y operativas con el fin de lograr el plan de producción a tiempo y con la calidad requerida. Configura planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y configura / programa máquinas de automatización. También monitorea / controla el uso eficiente de la energía. 1. Mantener la maquinaria en condiciones de funcionamiento y seguras para los empleados. 2. Puesta en marcha de la maquinaria a tiempo. Apoye la línea de producción con los problemas diarios de la maquinaria y minimice el tiempo de inactividad. 3. Planificar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, limpiar y mantener en buen estado. Solicitar piezas de repuesto a tiempo. 4. Configuración / programación de máquinas para la introducción de nuevos modelos. 5. Crear Instrucciones de Trabajo (SOP) y enseñar a los técnicos y operadores cómo usar las máquinas / equipos de manera correcta y segura. 6. Evitar daños materiales. 7. Dar soporte al Departamento de Ingeniería (IE / PE) para configurar la mejora o adición necesaria de la estación. 8. Programa de ahorro de energía, reciclaje, conservación y prevención de residuos. 9. Supervisar y controlar el uso de energía. 10. A lo largo del tiempo, prevención, plan de trabajo. Experiencia y requisitos Maintenance Engineer should have a blend of technical expertise and practical experience. Hands-On Equipment Maintenance: Extensive experience with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment. Preventive Maintenance Programs: Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and increase reliability. Technical Skills in Electrical and Mechanical Systems: Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems used in manufacturing, including knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems. Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Strong problem-solving skills and experience conducting root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of equipment failures. Project Management: Experience in managing maintenance projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Safety and Compliance: Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance within the maintenance operations. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Involvement in continuous improvement programs, such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma, to enhance maintenance processes and overall efficiency.
