Hours Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) Compensation: $8/hour About Company and Role We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support internal payroll and invoicing teams by handling high‑volume data entry and basic administrative tasks. This role is critical in removing 15–20 hours of manual work per week from the operations team by ensuring data from sign‑in sheets is accurately captured and maintained across spreadsheets and internal systems. It is a fully remote, part‑time position best suited for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable. The work is clear, structured, and repetitive, ideal for someone who thrives in a process‑driven environment and takes pride in accuracy. Key Responsibilities Accurately transfer data from sign‑in and break sheets into Excel or Google Sheets Maintain organized, up‑to‑date spreadsheets and store on internal share drives Communicate with payroll and accounts receivable teams via email Flag inconsistencies or missing data for internal review Follow documented processes and meet established deadlines Join short check‑in video calls daily, or as needed Must-Have Qualifications Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets Reliable internet connection and consistent work availability Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows Previous experience in admin support or data entry roles Familiarity with basic accounting or payroll systems Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) with minimal oversight Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part‑time Job function Administrative Industries Security and Investigations #J-18808-Ljbffr
