~ Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.~ Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing~ Support the recruitment process by advising hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.~ Foster a positive working environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Provide guidance on organizational design, structure, and roles to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.~ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Advise leadership on legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that HR processes and policies adhere to applicable laws. Qualifications~4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.~ Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization.~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
