~4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
~ Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization.
~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
