Maintenance Coordinator – Prolec Energy Manage human and financial resources to implement ATE-based strategies focused on the maintenance of the plant’s assets. Responsibilities Develop preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance tasks according to procedures and ATE methodology. Diagnose the root cause of equipment and machinery failures using analysis methodology and equipment specifications. Implement plans and procedures that ensure the functionality and safety of facilities and equipment based on ATE methodology. Qualifications Education: Mechanical‑Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Management, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3 years performing Maintenance Engineering functions in the metal‑mechanical industry; experience managing improvement projects related to machinery and equipment maintenance. Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Availability %). Experience in people management. Intermediate‑advanced English.
