Job Description
Manage human and financial resources in order to implement ATE-based strategies focused on the maintenance of the plant's assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance tasks according to procedures and ATE methodology.
  • Diagnose the root cause of equipment and machinery failures using analysis methodology and equipment specifications.
  • Implement plans and procedures that ensure the functionality and safety of facilities and equipment based on ATE methodology.

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Education: Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Management, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years performing Maintenance Engineering functions in the metal-mechanical industry; experience managing improvement projects related to machinery and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Availability %).
  • Experience in people management.
  • Intermediate–advanced English.
