We’re looking for bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish who thrive in outbound calling, enjoy customer service, and are confident navigating multiple tech platforms. This fully remote role offers flexibility across U.S. time zones and competitive hourly pay. • Hourly Rate: USD 5 (equivalent in your local currency) • Paid Hours per Week: 40, Monday–Friday • Schedule: Flexible across all U.S. time zones (Pacific–Eastern) • Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidate must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls (80%) and handle inbound calls (20%) related to healthcare coverage opportunities Guide patients through enrollment for Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace programs Assist patients in completing applications and ensure successful enrollment Accurately enter and maintain patient data in CRM systems Communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish Use Five9 dialing software and Salesforce CRM for daily operations Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Outreach to patients from healthcare center rosters to connect them with federal benefits Requirements Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (conversational proficiency required) Experience with outbound calling and customer service Tech‑savvy with the ability to manage multiple software platforms simultaneously Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to help patients Reliable high‑speed internet for remote work Bonus: Experience in healthcare or insurance industries Preferred: HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain one Why Join This Team?
