Spanish Bilingual Insurance Customer Service & Retention Representative Join a thriving insurance agency experiencing rapid growth and expansion. This established company works with major insurance providers, specializing in home, auto, and commercial insurance solutions. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service & Retention Representative, you’ll manage client portfolios, provide outstanding service, and identify opportunities for policy growth. This role combines customer service excellence with sales, allowing you to build lasting client relationships while supporting business success. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: USD 1300 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (PDT) Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Must have own computer with 16 GB RAM and reliable internet connection. Contractor handles own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are based on performance in the application process. Responsibilities Conduct outbound service calls to assist customers with payment processing, document completion, and policy renewal for home, auto, and commercial policies Make strategic cross-selling calls to consolidate clients’ insurance needs (home, auto, commercial coverage) Process payments and manage documentation accurately for personal and commercial lines Gather and organize information to support the sales team’s quoting efforts Multitask between service and sales activities throughout the shift Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions, identifying coverage gaps where appropriate Requirements Proven experience in the insurance industry with personal lines (home, auto) and/or commercial insurance Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required) Computer must have 16 GB RAM Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Resilient, professional, and able to handle rejection gracefully Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver exceptional service HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
