SUMMARY: Work in the Administration and Control area, verifying quotes, analysing, negotiating and selecting suppliers; negotiating requests for price increases and changes in conditions; negotiating logistics models to minimise costs; supporting product development meetings; ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders and performing other duties related to the position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify quotes, analysis, negotiation, and selection of suppliers. Negotiate price increases and changes in conditions. Negotiate logistics models to reduce inventory and transport. Participate in product development meetings. Ensure accuracy in purchase orders and requests. Follow up on new product development. Organise visits to suppliers. Contact current and new suppliers. Ensure correct deliveries and renegotiate when necessary. Analyse the suitability and competitiveness of suppliers. Ensure price monitoring. Negotiate returns and replacements. Keep up to date with markets and publications. Exercise technical leadership of the team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum: Bachelor's degree. Desirable: Postgraduate degree. EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 5 years. Desirable: 7 years.
