Tu misión: Administrar y optimizar la infraestructura de servidores, almacenamiento y servicios de red de la compañía, garantizando la alta disponibilidad y seguridad de la operación.

Liderar la transición y gestión de servicios en la nube (GCP como prioridad) y asegurar la integridad de la información mediante políticas robustas de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres (DRP). Ejecutar políticas de actualización (patch management) y gestión de accesos para mitigar riesgos de seguridad. Colaborar en la migración de cargas de trabajo hacia la nube y optimizar el consumo de recursos en GCP. Habilitar ambientes para los equipos de Desarrollo, BI e IA, asegurando que la infraestructura soporte las nuevas aplicaciones (ERP, e-commerce, etc.).

Mantener actualizada la arquitectura de red, inventarios de activos y manuales de procedimientos operativos. Implementar y supervisar tableros de control (Zabbix, PRTG, Cloud Monitoring) para anticipar fallas de capacidad o rendimiento. Esta posición es para ti si: Eres tienes Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín. Tienes al menos 4 años de experiencia en áreas de Infraestructura / Operaciones TI.

Cuentas con al menos 2 años administrando entornos de servidores (Windows/Linux) y virtualización. Experiencia operativa en nubes públicas. Entiendes las tecnologías y la gestión de identidades en ambientes híbridos (Active Directory & Cloud Identity), Google Cloud Platform: Administración de Compute Engine, VPCs, Cloud Storage e IAM, VMware / Hyper‑V: Gestión de clusters, snapshots, recursos (vCPU/RAM) y replicación, configuración de VPNs (Site‑to‑Site y Client‑to‑Site), VLANs, Firewall (reglas de acceso) y balanceadores de carga, aplicación de mejores prácticas de seguridad en SO y parcheo de vulnerabilidades. Certificación técnica en Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure o VMware (deseable).
