OverviewIT Operations Advanced EngineerWhat you’ll doSupports local infrastructure and local plant users.Provides first level support to infrastructure issues and escalates to Service Desk or proper support groups in division or global teams.Provides continuity to Service Desk.Maintains IT standards aligned and up to date.Supports division and global groups during project implementations.Monitors, attends, follows up, and closes local incidents and requests based on ServiceDesk KPIs.Manages, follows up, and closes local, division, and global projects or tasks assigned.Creates weekly and monthly infrastructure KPI reports.Creates action registers when needed and follows up.Manages IT budget to support local infrastructure.Follows up activities coordinated by the Local IT Supervisor.Maintains smooth operation of the local area network.Plans, evaluates, and coordinates installation and/or configuration of hardware, software, and/or network.Drives solutions based on future needs or current situations to optimize performance and cost.Maintains network site documentation up to date.Manages the local disaster recovery plan.Responsible for monitoring local infrastructure using all available monitoring tools.Coordinates third-party maintenance for local infrastructure.Manages infrastructure lifecycle.RequirementsComputer science or information technology degree.IT knowledge on the following application and hardware:Server and storage devicesNetwork devicesWindows OSDesktop and laptopBarcode and laser printersHandheld devicesNetwork configuration (wired and wireless)What’s in it for youAttractive compensation packageRecognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.Gender pay equalityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
