Job Summary The Business Analysis Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics domain. Oversee the application of CX-Scrum Master methodologies to ensure agile project management and delivery. Provide expert guidance in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities. Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives. Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support new initiatives. Ensure alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Implement best practices in business analysis to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Utilize domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics to provide tailored solutions to industry-specific challenges. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in CX-Scrum Master methodologies and agile project management. Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and planning with a focus on strategic initiatives. Have extensive experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain understanding industry-specific challenges. Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
