L.Financial Systems/ Reporting SpecialistObjetivoThe role provides expert analysis, advice and recommendations across a range of complex financial systems (PLEX, PBCS, Cognos and Oracle); develops, implements and improves financial procedures and systems to address organization wide issues in order to meet the Controllers and Executive team requests; coordinates the preparation and submission of monthly financial data to Finland team; prepares PBCS templates in accordance with prevailing Budget, Forecast and Outlook requirements and other internal financial requirements; and maintains related support to all financial systems users in order to meet the Financial and reporting deadlines.Responsabilidades/SkillsOversees day-to-day financial reporting activities on Actuals, Budget, Forecast and Outlook numbers for multiple Business Units (EDS, Components, Wire, Corporate and Huehuetoca plant).Lead the review and distribution of PBCS (Planning Budgeting Cloud Service) templates, control Cognos Citrix and Analytics load files and monthly reports, PLEX Ad hoc requests (new reports and accounts), dashboard preparation and other various financial and trending reports.Provides support for addressing Business Units financial reporting inquiries (Actuals, Budget, Forecast and Outlook) and ensuring that changes in reporting have been accounted properly in the internal financial statements.Identifies areas for improvement in the existing group of reports and works closely with IT and the financial systems (PLEX, PBCS, Cognos, Oracle) on the executing of reporting enhancements.Assistance with Balance Sheet and P&L data issues that affect the Budget and Forecast preparation.Provide PBCS users support during Budgeting, Forecasting, and day-to-day operations.Special projects and Ad hoc requests from various teams including Executive team, Controllers, Finland and Corporate accounting teams.Acting as a liaison with various departments within the organization (Controllers, Accounting, IT and Finland and Corporate accounting teams).Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual PBCS and Cognos closing and reporting processes.Comply with the environmental, safety and health requirements set out in the legislation and regulations related to our activities and products, as well as those EHS requirements established by the community, our customers, and others to which we subscribe.Perfil RequeridoEducación y ExperienciaBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field, preferably including courses or diplomas on information technology.Minimum of 3 years of experience on financial management software.Minimum of 2 years in training users.Two or more years of Business Intelligence project management and implementation experience, including leading experience on wide system and process changes.Requisitos de Habilidades/ConocimientosMust be an expert in Excel and proficient with PowerPoint.Advanced English.High sense of urgency and capacity to work with minimum direct supervision.Self-directed and enjoy trying new things and taking on challenges.Understand, interpret, and develop financial workflow within a complex structure.Builds collaborative relationships.Think analytically.Relies on technical expertise.Conocimientos Técnicos/ComercialesGenerally accepted accounting procedures (IFRS and Mexican FRS).CompetenciasCommunicationInitiating ActionBuilding NetworksManaging WorkInnovationCustomer OrientationDecision MakingBeneficiosAn active full-time position with competitive total rewards.Equal Opportunity Employer - Inclusive Company.Para Aplicar…(application details not provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
