Perform a comprehensive financial analysis of the accounts and present recommendations for improving the efficiency and profitability of the company. Provide financial advice and assistance to senior management in strategic decision-making. Maintain compliance with accounting and financial policies and procedures. Manage and supervise members of the accounting and finance team, if necessary. Requirements Doctorado o licenciatura en contabilidad, finanzas o una disciplina relacionada. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas. Conocimiento profundo de principios contables y fiscales, y experiencia en la preparación de estados financieros. Habilidades avanzadas en software contable como Quickbooks, Xero, entre otros. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle. Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio. We offer Sueldo base bruto.
