Join the team as a Specialist Accountant Job Summary Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. Perform billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties. Prepare and present financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, tax reports, and cash flow projections. Ensure that reporting deadlines and audit requirements are met. Perform a comprehensive financial analysis of the accounts and present recommendations for improving the efficiency and profitability of the company. Provide financial advice and assistance to senior management in strategic decision-making. Maintain compliance with accounting and financial policies and procedures. Manage and supervise members of the accounting and finance team, if necessary. Requirements Doctorado o licenciatura en contabilidad, finanzas o una disciplina relacionada. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas. Conocimiento profundo de principios contables y fiscales, y experiencia en la preparación de estados financieros. Habilidades avanzadas en software contable como Quickbooks, Xero, entre otros. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle. Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio. We offer Sueldo base bruto.
