Descripción del trabajo Join to apply for the Cost Estimator role at GlobaltizeSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (U.S. business hours) About the Role This is a long-term, remote position best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced but structured environment, values accuracy, and treats each estimate with care and ownership.The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in Latin America to align with U.S. business hours. Duties & Required Qualifications Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids Track material, labor, and project costs Assist with scheduling, change orders, and overall project coordination Coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Support jobsite operations and attend project meetings as needed Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in estimating and/or project management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Technical Proficiency Excellent proficiency in Excel Advanced skills in Bluebeam Proficient in Accubid Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Retail Appliances, Electrical, and Electronic Equipment Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Globaltize by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
