Mission / Responsibilities Request quotes and perform pricing analysis. Place purchase orders and follow up on orders. Align orders with MRP request dates. Perform invoice conciliation and resolve receipt issues. Handle non‑conformance material and manage returns to vendors. Coordinate with logistics on urgent shipments and expedite supplier deliveries. Communicate with internal customers about arrivals or material delays. Generate reports (open order report, mismatch, shortages, past‑due requests, MRB, etc.). Attend meetings, calls, and supplier visits. Qualifications Lic. in International Business or Industrial Engineering. 1‑3 years of experience in purchasing processes and order management. Knowledge of SAP is desirable. Organized, accountable, sense of urgency, service orientation. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent Excel knowledge.
