Our culture is rooted in innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence—and we believe in the power of our people to drive meaningful change.We are currently looking for a:Sales Manager – RetailAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and strengthening partnerships with key retail players, negotiating agreements, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion.Mission:Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within traditional retail channels.Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure sales goals and excellent customer service.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and furniture stores (muebleros) to maximize product placement and sales opportunities.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with retail partners to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives to drive awareness and sales.Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.Manage sales budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.Develop sales forecasts, set targets, and build annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up, issue resolution, and ongoing support to partners and end users.Who are we looking for?Must-have (Indispensable):Experience in the Home Appliances, Small Appliances, or Residential Air Conditioning industry.Strong background working with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, or furniture retailers (muebleros).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related fields.8+ years of experience in sales within retail or similar environments.Strong knowledge of home appliances retail dynamics.Proficiency in English.Experience in forecast management.Reports to: Head of Sales – RetailWhy Midea?Because we are a global company with a regional mindset.
