With a strong presence in the market, they are committed to delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to their customers.DescripciónInstalls, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsAbility to operate machinery and technical equipmentIn-depth knowledge of system maintenanceAbility to lift and move heavy equipmentFamiliarity with safety standards and regulationsSkilled in analyzing information and creating reportsClean driving recordPerfil buscadoA successful Field Service Engineer should have:Associate\'s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent on-the-job training.Over five years of field service experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; experience with integrated equipment controls preferred.Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction and building customer loyalty.Willing and able to travel up to 70%, including occasional international trips.Knowledge in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.Proficient in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Experienced in resolving customer issues and creating value for both customers and the company in a professional manner.Applies technical and logical methodologies effectively to solve problems.Clear written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office, web browsers, ERP & CRM systems, TeamViewer, and Google Docs.Ability to prioritize critical tasks and manage workload efficiently.Effectively plans workload, materials, and parts to complete tasks on time and to customer satisfaction.Experienced in inventory management and accountability.Qué Ofrecemos30 days of aguinaldo (Christmas bonus).10 days of vacation leave annually.Vales de despensa (grocery vouchers) as part of the benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth in the industrial and manufacturing industry.A supportive work environment with a focus on employee well-being #J-18808-Ljbffr
