Job Description Join LEGO Group as Maintenance Manager (Moulding) responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of moulds, mould transition, arrival, destruction, shots evaluation and exceptional cases. The department ensures moulds meet reliability, quality and availability requirements, and supports auxiliary equipment maintenance. Core Responsibilities Encourage development and innovation of mould processes internally in Mould Maintenance and in the mould flow to receivers. Demonstrate leadership and create an environment that fuels team performance and development. Collaborate proactively with Engineering & Maintenance, Planning and Production to secure optimal flow and innovate future processes. Partner with Component Planning on planning principles and operational execution. Support daily operations by structured follow‑up on performance and deviations through daily SQDCP meeting. Participate in global face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with Mould Maintenance Management teams to share knowledge and drive Lead Factory processes. Approve moulds ready for handover from Engineering & Maintenance and sign off responsibility shift to production. Maintain coherence and transparency across the department, enhancing flexibility. Engage in the Mould Maintenance Leader team and support overall strategic ambition. Sustain and improve PULSE with emphasis on motivation, satisfaction and ENPS. Initiate actions to build a good culture in Mould Maintenance so health and safety is integrated in daily work. Drive results, track performance and push for continuous improvement. Lead successful implementation of new Mould Platforms and processes. Develop standards internally and share globally through Lead Factory Processes. Fully integrate TWI to ensure standards are developed and adhered to. Hire and release employees according to company needs and requirements; apply disciplinary matrix as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in production and maintenance at manager level. Demonstrated experience in moulding operation is a must. Proficiency in Power BI and Minitab. Experience with continuous improvement processes. TPM, CI, 5S; Green Belt certification is required. Location This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Ciénaga de Flores, NL. The role is not remote.
