Position Business Operations Associate What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts. Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy. Review orders and documentation to guarantee all data is accurate. Approve purchase orders.

Send the purchase order to the Supplier. Solve any rejections and work with returns. Provide status to the sales team or the customer. Review backlog report to ensure all POs are being addressed.

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience with operations and customer service. Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills. ERP/CRM experience. Advanced English skills (written and conversational fluent).

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More Oracle or Salesforce experience. Purchase experience (PO placement, tracking, backlog management).
