Sr. ServiceNow Developer – Peterson Technology Partners We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, along with strong integration, automation, and architectural skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and related modules. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Develop and maintain workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations. Build and manage integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs, web services, and other protocols. Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Perform system administration including upgrades, cloning, access control, and performance monitoring. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance analytics and process improvement. Support platform governance, security compliance, and best practices for instance management. Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation and platform optimization. Salary/Rate: $25/hour (depending on experience). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/week.
