**Descripción del puesto**:Buscamos un **ServiceNow Developer** con sólida experiência en el desarrollo, personalización e integración de plataformas ServiceNow. La persona ideal deberá tener habilidades técnicas avanzadas en JavaScript, APIs y módulos ITSM/CSM, así como competencias en comunicación y trabajo en equipo.**Responsabilidades**:- Diseñar, desarrollar y personalizar flujos de trabajo, reglas de negocio y procesos dentro de ServiceNow.- Crear y mejorar catálogos de servicios y portales en ServiceNow.- Implementar y gestionar integraciones con sistemas externos mediante APIs REST/SOAP y herramientas como MID Servers.- Asegurar la calidad del código, documentación y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas.- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y funcionales para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.- Optimizar el rendimiento y seguridad de las implementaciones en ServiceNow.**Requisitos**:**Certificaciones Requeridas**- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)**:- **ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)**:- Certificación en Integraciones y APIs**Certificaciones Deseables** (Plus)- **ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)** en uno o varios de los siguientes módulos:- ITSM (Gestión de Servicios de TI)- CSM (Gestión de Servicios al Cliente)- ITOM (Gestión de Operaciones de TI) _(opcional)_- SecOps (Operaciones de Seguridad) _(opcional)_**Habilidades Técnicas (Hard Skills)**- Dominio de **JavaScript** y frameworks de ServiceNow.- Experiência en **Workflows, Business Rules y Flow Designer** en ServiceNow.- Creación y personalización de **Service Catalog Items y Portales**.- Conocimiento avanzado en módulos **ITSM, CSM y REST APIs**.**Habilidades Blandas (Soft Skills)**- Capacidad de análisis para traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas.- Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.- Trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a entornos ágiles o híbridos.- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del código.**Experiência Requerida**- **Mínimo 3 años** de experiência desarrollando en ServiceNow con módulos **CSM e ITSM**.- Experiência en personalización y configuración de CSM e ITSM.- Proyectos previos de integración con sistemas externos mediante **APIs (REST/SOAP)** y herramientas como **MID Servers**.**Beneficios**:- **Salario competitivo**, basado en experiência.- **Seguro de vida**.- **Vales de despensa**.
