Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Commercial Executive role located in Monterrey, NL. The role involves following up with prospective and existing clients, managing customer service and commercial activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts. While the role's location is based in Monterrey, there is flexibility for some work from home. Qualifications Commercial Management skills, including experience in sales strategies, contract negotiations, and customer acquisition Consultative selling experience in B2B solutions, with a focus on creating long-term, mutually-beneficial business relationships Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Customer service skills, including the ability to understand the customer's needs and support their experience Ability to follow up and organize tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress Experience working with a CRM system and Microsoft Office suite Fluency in Spanish and English Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a must Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Compensation While you are busy taking care of business, Acclaim Energy will take care of you with the following compensation and benefits: Competitive base salary in line with experience Generous commission scheme Major medical expenses insurance for you, your spouse and your children Life insurance Grocery coupons Gas allowance Descripción en Español Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $40,****** - $50,****** al mes Horario: Turno de 8 horas Prestaciones: Seguro de gastos médicos mayores Seguro de vida Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo Vales de despensa Experiência: Ventas Consultivas B2B: 3 años (Obligatorio) Industria de la energía: 2 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: Inglés (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, San Pedro Garza García, N.
